Hiked to rt 36 where I tried to hitch a ride to Chester. That wasn't working, so I called the local "inexpensive" motel ($51/night) and told the guy I would rent a room for 2 nights and give him $20 if he would come pick me up. He did! And will take me back to the trail Friday for no extra cost.
Finished at 1335.2 for a total of 7.8 miles today.
This little motel has an old appliance I have never seen before - a stove, but where the oven should be is a refrigerator!
Tomorrow is a zero day in Chester.
I love this appliance! It reminds me of the old micro/refrig they had available in college days. Enjoy your zero day!
