Headlines: rain, wildflowers, great campsite, river crossing
Started out with drizzle, then light rain, then heavy drizzle, then cloudy with fog. Then more rain. I was wet!
The wildflowers along the trail and in meadows were stunning. Really brightened an otherwise overcast day.
The miles were relatively easy today, my legs felt better and my feet were good, despite wearing soaking shoes all day. I found a great campsite just feet away from a waterfall, and had it all to myself. It rained, drizzled all night long.

See those "sticks" across the river? That was my river crossing, kind of sketchy. The roar of the water 12" from my feet was disconcerting
